Executive Office Solutions Consultant

The Executive Office Solutions Consultant is responsible for engaging with existing Ricoh accounts to retain customers and expand Ricoh’s product and service footprint. This is a 100% telephone-based sales role, requiring a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day. The consultant will primarily engage with medium-sized businesses, speaking with office managers, purchasing supervisors, IT personnel, senior management, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities Drive sales within the SMB customer segment using a telephone-based approach. Make a minimum number of daily outbound business-to-business calls as determined by the assigned territory. Focus on customer retention and expansion of Ricoh’s equipment and services by leveraging Ricoh’s value proposition. Conduct prospecting and maintain rigorous daily sales activities. Manage contact lists and account activity using Ricoh’s CRM tools. Deliver prepared sales presentations and talking points to effectively communicate product and service offerings. Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times. Meet or exceed revenue targets. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic business and financial acumen. Minimum of 2 years of successful telephone-based B2B account management and development experience. At least 1 year of inside sales experience with Ricoh. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes. Demonstrated accountability for performance and results. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and account planning capabilities. Highly self-motivated with effective time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Working Conditions and Physical Demands Typical office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Regular communication with team members and leadership. Work involves a variety of tasks and problem-solving with limited precedent. Frequent involvement in high-pressure situations. Primarily sedentary work with occasional walking, standing, bending, and light lifting. Moderate dexterity required for using office equipment (e.g., keyboard, telephone, headset).
