**Description:**
The Executive Office Coordinator must maintain calendars and meeting schedules. This position is accountable to provide clerical and administrative support, including data and word processing, record keeping, filing, and various other duties related to the effective operation of the department. We are seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work as the office coordinator in our company.
**Qualifications:**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
+ Previous administrative experience preferred
+ Be able to work under pressure
+ Have a friendly and welcoming personality
