The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Executive Office Administrator to support the 737 Engineering executives in Renton, Washington.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives with a high degree of professionalism and discretion, while also being proactive and demonstrating robust attention to detail, along with the ability to adjust priorities efficiently and effectively.

Position Responsibilities: 

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlinesAssist in planning, coordinating, and implementing logistics for visiting customers and Boeing executives, including supporting visitor badging requestsProcess and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of informationPrioritize, manage, and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of timeCoordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor traveler logistics, generate expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursementCreate, edit, and maintain electronic and written communicationCoordinate with the appropriate focal to support the acquisition and maintenance of resourcesOrder and maintain office suppliesTrack and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resourcesCreate, manage and schedule meetings around multiple calendars and appointmentsProvide guidance for less experienced employeesWork under limited supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):   

Experience supporting multiple Executives.Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.5+ years experience in an office administration role Experience managing dynamic schedules and calendars.Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges.Experience with Boeing procurement tools such as SSPN.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Ability to juggle competing priorities from different sources.Team oriented attitude and working together focus.

Summary Pay Range: $60,350 - $81,650
