The beach resort also boasts a wide choice of dining options, including signature outlet Bastion, recently rated as one of the top restaurants recognised in the prestigious Gault&Millau UAE Guide 2022. **About the Job:** An exciting opportunity has arisen for an **Executive** to join The **Membership Health Club** team in **J-Club.** The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: + Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health club facility, including opening and closing procedures, maintenance, and cleanliness. + Manage a team of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and front desk staff, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures. + Foster positive relationships with members, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. + Fitness Programming: Coordinate and promote a variety of fitness classes, workshops, and events to meet the needs and interests of members, ensuring a diverse and engaging program schedule. + Oversee the provision of personal training services, matching members with suitable trainers and ensuring high-quality service delivery. + Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as needed. **About you** : The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience in a similar role + Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate) + Leadership and team management skills + Project Management Skills **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
