Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance:
Execute jobs safely in line with safety and food standards; manage contractors’ work. Quality: Ensure maintenance jobs are completed on-time, in-full (OTIF) while maintaining product quality. Maintenance Execution:Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.Troubleshoot, repair, lubricate, and overhaul equipment.Participate in breakdown analysis (RCFA) and implement improvements.Support autonomous maintenance (AM) teams and train technicians/operators. Continuous Improvement:Contribute to TPM, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.Implement condition-based maintenance (CBM) and advanced techniques.Support 5S and visual management for sustainable performance. Organization & Interfaces: Collaborate with operations, planning, and preparation teams;  Data & Reporting: Record work orders, maintenance data, and report in CMMS.

 

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 3-5 years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing (preferably FMCG). Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills (including LOTO). Knowledge of TPM, continuous improvement, and AM activities. Experience leading improvement teams and training operators. 
Proficient in written and spoken English language.
