Senior/Executive Liability Loss Adjuster – Team Leader

About the Opportunity

This role will focus on managing your own portfolio of high value/complex liability claims from appointment through to settlement and will also involve an element of seeking new business development opportunities, tapping into your market connections.

As the Team Leader, you will lead local market activities and be the senior technical point of reference. 

You will be joining an experienced team of liability loss adjusters and will be supported by a charismatic leader, who will provide the tools necessary for you and the team to succeed.

 

About You

You will be an exceptional senior or executive liability loss adjuster with a proven track record of working with complex liability claims, where you’ve consistently achieved exceptional results for your clients. 

In addition, you will:

Be a strategic and solution-focused people leader with a passion for delivering high quality outcomes for your clients, every time Be an accomplished senior or executive liability loss adjuster who has a strong visible market presence and following Be a strong communicator, passionate about driving a culture of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and skill development Be willing to take the next step in your career, where you will have direct and ongoing access to Department Heads as part of your growth journey and be willing to undertake further professional studies

 

Key Requirements

A minimum of 5 -10 years of liability loss adjusting experience  Strong visible market presence and following Chartered Loss Adjuster accreditation (highly desirable) Strong demonstrable leadership experience Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively Driver’s License
