**We are Hiring an Executive Inside Sales Associate in Houston, TX!**
**The Inside Sales associate sells products and/or services to customers through a variety of mediums and acts as point of contact post-sale, focusing on ongoing customer satisfaction, retention, and growing the business** . Maintains relationships with accounts through ongoing client contact and support. Responds to client inquiries and offers bold recommendations on appropriate products and services. Must work with a sense of urgency to execute sales strategy, generate quotations, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels are met. May work in tandem with outside sales team to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business
+ Creates and delivers proposals to customers
+ Receives orders from customers and internal sources, reviews them for accuracy and send in for processing
+ Ensures customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service and support, resolving any customer concerns or issues
+ **Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting**
+ Continues to stay up to date on company and customer technology to remain a trusted partner
+ Sells complex products / services; utilizes knowledge of products / services and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions to customers
+ Strategic sales process; established base of accounts and stable revenue responsibility
+ May utilize knowledge of industry to recommend updates or changes to product and service offering
+ Other duties as assigned
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
+ Required: **High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in a technical field and/or customer support position, ideally within a manufacturing environment**
+ **BA/BS preferred**
+ **Sales experience required.**
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/information sharing
+ Working understanding of company products / services
+ Experience with the collaborative selling process
+ **Utilizes sales techniques effectively and developing familiarity with industry**
+ **Ability to identify and cultivate sales from new and/or existing customers**
+ **Ability to complete sales with minimal supervision**
+ **Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)**
+ **Basic understanding of SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems**
+ Travel requirement 5%

Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
