CBS - TAL - Enablement:

As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Position Overview:


The Ripples Program Executive will support the execution of the organization’s sustainability programs, social impact projects, and employee engagement initiatives. This role involves coordinating efforts to create measurable social and environmental impact, fostering a culture of volunteering, and aligning activities with corporate values. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability, corporate responsibility, and community engagement, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Coordination:

Assist in the implementation of Ripples initiatives, including sustainability and community engagement projects. Support the development of plans to achieve social impact and sustainability goals. Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of initiatives, offering suggestions for improvement based on data insights.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with internal teams to align program goals with business objectives. Coordinate with external partners, such as NGOs, community leaders, and government agencies, to ensure effective program delivery. Serve as a point of contact for program-related queries and collaborations.

3. Employee Engagement:

Support the design and execution of employee volunteer programs and awareness campaigns. Track and analyse employee participation metrics and provide insights to improve engagement. Assist in developing communication materials to inform employees about ongoing initiatives.

4. Reporting and Compliance:

Contribute to reports on the progress and impact of initiatives for internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated on corporate responsibility trends and regulatory requirements to ensure program compliance.

5. Budget and Resource Coordination:

Assist in managing allocated budgets for Ripples programs and ensuring effective resource utilization. Support partnership opportunities with external organizations to enhance the impact of initiatives.

6. Communications and Brand Support:

Help promote Ripples initiatives via internal channels, social media, and events. Contribute to public relations efforts to position the organization as a responsible corporate citizen.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

Up to 3 years of experience in Corporate Responsibility, sustainability, or community engagement. Exposure to managing or supporting social impact or employee engagement programs is a plus.

Skills:

Basic project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset for measuring program success and reporting key insights. Familiarity with sustainability practices and reporting frameworks (e.g., SDGs) is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Personal Attributes:

Passionate about sustainability and community impact. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach. Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
