THE JOB:

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives (i.e. room, food, beverage, event tickets, promo chips, free play, airfare or discounts).
Assist in maintaining and developing property’s customer base through meeting and interacting with customers.
Ensure customers from assigned regions are greeted upon check-in & check-out, and provides personalized service throughout their stay to the satisfaction of the customer.
If authorized, grant marker authorization limits to qualifying customers.
Attend special event functions when appropriate to promote marketing efforts and greet customers.
Maintain highly confidential customer information by enforcing the privacy of all guests.
Resolve customer disputes and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
One year of prior relevant experience

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$54,200.00 - $90,300.00Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
