Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

The Executive Finance Director, Operations is responsible for managing the financial health of the operations organization, driving cost efficiency, process improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives through strong financial stewardship and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full financial outlook for the operations organization, including annual planning, forecasting, and variance analysisProvide regular reporting and insights on financial trends and business performanceMaintain a strong internal control framework to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial dataOversee accruals and balance sheet reconciliationsDrive cost optimization and operational efficiencies through continuous process improvementSupport and lead departmental initiatives such as RFPs, vendor analysis, spend management, and benchmarkingProvide financial training and guidance to analysts or business partnersFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positive team moraleSupport the Director in day-to-day business operationsLead the implementation and administration of systems supporting operations finance and vendor managementEnsure seamless integration between financial systems and the corporate ERPPartner with IT to support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshootingOwn the operational tech roadmap and monitor the project portfolioMaintain SharePoint and intranet content relevant to operations finance and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Technology. Advanced degree or CPA preferred.10+ years of relevant experience, including:Knowledge of SOX or other internal control frameworksStrong communication and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinker with sound business judgment and a proactive approach to problem solvingAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience with spend management systems or financial technologiesDemonstrated success in cross-functional or global collaboration

**This role is in office based, 5 days per week, at our Midtown Atlanta Global Headquarters**
