What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Work in a structured environment using established procedures and seek guidance from colleagues.Ensure work is regularly reviewed for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy.Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) by following site procedures.Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, safety, quality, and cost for equipment and processes.Develop metrics and action plans to meet customer and business needs, promoting compliance with cGMP.Use project management skills to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, supervising inspection, reconciliation, dispensing, and receivals of components.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):

Mpharm/BPharm degree with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical industryKnowledge of cGMP, EHS, Production Systems and manufacturing processesStrong knowledge of Oral Solid dosage forms (Tablets, Capsules, Ointments/Creams)Knowledge of technology transfer and SUPAC guidelinesStability studies as per ICH GuidelinesFormulation development skills and experience in production of commercial batchesOperational Excellence projects (Reformulation, Packaging reconfiguration etc)Trouble-shooting activitiesOperation and handling of laboratory scale /pilot scale manufacturing equipmentEffective verbal and written communication skills
