Job Title: Senior Area Sales Leader

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Area Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team development skills, a deep understanding of client relationship management, and the ability to create and implement effective account strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent financial acumen, business insights, and the ability to drive organizational revenue goals and market strategy. The position will focus on the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team within the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries.Create and implement account strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in these sectors.Manage client relationships and negotiate effectively to meet client expectations in the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries.Analyze and interpret sales data from these industries to inform business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to influence organizational change within the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments sectors.Define sales strategies for key markets in the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries and drive organizational revenue goals.Provide guidance on deal structuring and support junior Account Executives by sharing best practices relevant to these industries.Perform under pressure and meet client expectations consistently within the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments sectors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries.Strong financial forecasting and strategic resource allocation skills relevant to these sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Visionary thinker with innovative business solutions tailored to the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
