Duties: * Oversee the investment team, achieve business goals, and meet client needs * Develop and maintain strong relationships * Monitor industry trends * Review and approve finance models * Hire, train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development. * Lead month-end, quarter-end and annual financial * Lead projects to improve the company business * Stay up top date on industry trends and business opportunities * Other duties as assigned
