The Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a strategic finance leader responsible for supporting NCR Voyix’s Corporate FP&A team by delivering timely, high-quality inputs across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis—including budget vs. actuals, cash flow, and corporate guidance. Reporting directly to Corporate FP&A, this leader plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s financial strategy and driving data-informed decision-making.

This role requires a strong blend of analytical acumen, business partnership, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in corporate finance and a passion for building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously evolve the financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning

• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

• Partner closely with functional business leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and performance insights

• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to deliver inputs for enterprise-level quarterly and annual guidance, including cash flow and EPS projections

• Drive efficiency and cost discipline across functions, aligning teams to overall corporate financial goals

• Evaluate and implement infrastructure, tools, and systems to support FP&A objectives and improve decision-making

• Serve as a key operational and strategic stakeholder in the corporation’s financial planning lifecycle; proactively enhance processes through technology, automation, and resource optimization

• Build and apply robust financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and/or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) strongly preferred

• 7+ years of experience in finance or FP&A, preferably in a global, matrixed organization

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong modeling skills and experience handling large datasets

• Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and financial planning systems

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and execute with precision in a dynamic environment

• Experience working cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership

• International experience and a global mindset

• High level of integrity, accountability, and discretion when handling sensitive information; embraces a growth mindset and leads by example
