Executive Director, Supply Chain Finance

The Executive Director, Supply Chain Finance will lead the financial strategy and operational oversight of global end-to-end supply chain planning, transportation, and strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving cost optimization and enabling long term value creation across the global supply chain network. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, logistics, and strategic transformation, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: + End-to-End Planning: Oversee financial governance for demand planning, inventory optimization and destruction. Partner with operations and commercial teams to ensure alignment with business needs. + Develop and implement strategies that maximize excess, mitigate waste, and ensure the efficient utilization of resources across all markets, enhancing operational effectiveness. + Collaborate closely with the planning organization to optimize the IBP process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, and financial planning functions. + Transportation & Logistics Finance: Lead financial oversight of global freight, duty and tariffs. Drive initiatives to increase global visibility, drive KPI reporting and align with key stakeholders within the regions. + Communicate strategic vision and progess to executive leadership and key stakeholders, fostering alignment and buy-in.
