Summary:

We are looking for a strategic leader and experienced marketer to lead the matrix in the commercial development and launch readiness across the global markets. As the Executive Director, Immunology Global Commercial Strategy you will be responsible for the launch strategy and integrated global commercial plan for SLE and SjD, including GPT stewardship, positioning and brand strategy, TPP & labeling, global to local model execution and strong matrix leadership. Additionally, you will be responsible for advising the markets and cross-functional team on the strategic launch execution of PsA and managing overall global brand stewardship.

This role requires a dynamic, performance-driven leader who cultivates a culture of collaboration, candor, innovation and strong decision-making. This leadership role will report directly to the Vice President, Immunology Global Commercial Strategy.

Responsibilities:

Lead Global strategic & commercialization plan for PsA, SLE and SjD indications – ensuring strategic choices aligned to Marketing and Launch Excellence frameworksLead key commercial governance milestone CSRE for SLE and SjD, ensuring regional market and cross-functional senior leadership alignment throughout process and CLT endorsement of strategy and resourcing request for launchesPartner closely with GPL and serve as proactive and engaged member representing commercial perspective for the global product teamLead global labeling strategy to maximize commercial opportunity and ensure indication level inputs are closely aligned at the pan-indication levelPartner with HEOR, Medical Affairs and Market Access to align on the evidence generation plan to enhance value differentiation for key stakeholder across all indicationsEffectively identify key customer insights and analyze and synthesize market trends, competitive landscape and external innovation landscapeLead and develop a strong team of talentDevelop and deliver strategy presentations to senior leadershipLead the AOR relationship, including vendor assessment, ensuring tight budget management and resource allocation, through coaching, reconciliation and regular budget reviewsPartner with Medical, Clinical, Statisticians, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and HEOR to ensure TPP is represented and meaningfully incorporated into label, SAP and core market education tacticsManage the global budget for SOTYKTU, supporting the 10-Year Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP) and Long-Term Volume Forecast (LTVF) for all indications in conjunction with the Business Insights & Analytics team

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical brand marketing or relevant biopharmaceutical experience requiredMinimum 3 years of experience managing and developing direct reports and leading high performing teamsBA/BS required with MBA or advanced degree preferredExtensive experience in global commercial strategy and brand management within the pharmaceutical industry. Preferred experience in early or late development, including developing strategic marketing choices (market map, segmentation, business opportunity prioritization)Depth and breadth of marketing experience in global other markets with a track record of performance; experience taking complex scientific data and simplifying storyPrior HCP marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in customer focus, insight mining, message development and marketing analytics.Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.Ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectivelyAbility to rapidly adapt and execute plans in fast paced environmentStrong leadership skills to lead/contribute to the overall strategic planning and execution of key deliverablesProven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and executive collaboration required.Demonstrate the capacity to grow, develop and learn from experiencesLaunch experience and Immunology experience preferred

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $244,000-$289,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. 

Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
