We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Coordinator to serve as the strategic partner to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
Project manage the executive’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up trackers for meetings Track key initiatives and deadlines across departments Draft and manage professional communications with clarity and discretion Coordinate travel logistics and expense reporting Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Anticipate needs and proactively manage shifting prioritiesEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or managing complex administrative operations Experience in fast-paced, high-trust environments with cross-functional exposureKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
Expertise in calendar and schedule management Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools Ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and manage competing priorities High emotional intelligence and organizational awarenessWork Environment & Physical Demands
