This position will divide time between several service lines and prioritize tasks working with Regional Executive Vice President to enhance and support department growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with department head to expand Retirement/Individual Non-Medical Practice regionally and expand Individual Life practice; internal marketing/dept meetings/communicationsAssist Regional Executive Vice President with all administrative needs (Concur, travel, calendaring, etc…); Anticipate needs/proactive approach/provide updates on projects and requestsAssist Regional Executive Vice President with ongoing client/prospect needs and requests; Salesforce entry/Prospect CoordinationStrategic/Operational partner with Retirement Service, Individual Non-Medical and Medicare teams; Thought partnerPlan webinars, events and trainings as it pertains to these departments; annual events/team building/department celebrationsImplement initiatives provided by the Regional Executive Vice President/Department leadersCreate content and participate in department meetings; keep all department projects on trackSchedule meetings and appointments as needed for departmentsCoordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with colleagues/clients/carriersCoordinate sponsorships and non-profit eventsPrepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partnersMaintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documentsUphold a strict level of confidentialityOther department needs as priorities arise; This is a fast growing and dynamic team that requires flexibility and someone who is willing to take on new tasksREQUIREMENTS:
