Our Impact:
I&CM is responsible for executing liquidity, financing, credit risk transfer, and derivative transactions as well as managing Freddie Mac’s portfolio of single-family securities and loan investments. We also lead an expanding portfolio of enterprise-level functions for Freddie Mac related to risk management and payments processing.
Your Impact:
You will be essential in driving organization, efficiency, and productivity within the I&CM BTO and Modeling functions. Because calendar management will be a significant part of your job, you will interact with various executive assistants across our company, including those supporting our most senior executives. You will:
Manage the calendars of I&CM’s VP-BTO and VP-Head of Modeling, and other executives; this includes prioritizing meeting requests, resolving scheduling conflicts in a proactive and efficient manner and securing meeting rooms and video services.
Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate policies and division guidelines.
Navigate the company’s internal resources to collect information, obtain services and resolve issues (e.g., technology requests) in a timely and efficient manner.
Organize key team events and activities, including all-hands meetings.
Coordinate with and greet outside visitors in a professional manner, as needed.
Produce accurate correspondence and other written materials, as needed.
Handle general administrative duties such as ordering of supplies and new hire support.
Promote a collaborative environment, providing back-up support and coverage for other I&CM administrative assistants, as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration or related discipline or and equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting senior-level executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work overtime, if needed

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $77,000 - $115,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
