The Position

The People Support Solutions (PSS) organization brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

The opportunity:

As an Executive Compensation Reward Analyst, you are part of the Global Reward & Recognition team and are responsible for providing essential services under the aegis of the People Reward and Recognition (PR&R) Chapter. You will be accountable for having a firm understanding of and the ability to articulate all global reward processes and timelines. You will have a firm grasp of Roche Rewards policies and procedures and will provide guidance on reward questions that could come from employee and Line Manager inquiries.

Your role responsibilities will encompass Executive Compensation (70%) and transactional (Reward Configuration, ticket handling - 30%) activities.

As a qualified expert, you are:

Collaborating with the Executive Compensation Reward Partner on understanding organizational structures and roles for the Global Executive population in Roche.

Translating roles, profiles and configuring compensation elements into the HR system (Workday)

Actively supporting the company’s Annual Compensation review as an active member of the squad

Performing internal and external compensation analysis to identify comparative salary trends and ensure equity across the organization

Conducting audits and analysis on current programs, policies and procedures in order to develop recommendations on potential changes, gaps or enhancements to significantly improve existing practices and to create a more efficient and streamlined organization

Administering reporting analysis & Data insights

Supporting the introduction of innovative technologies and their further development, participating in the continuous improvement of work processes 

Developing and managing key stakeholder relationships in a proactive and customer outcomes focused way

Who you are:

Experience in a similar role, preferably with executive compensation management

Strong customer centricity, problem-solving skills, growth and agile mindset

Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Accountability and self-management, end-to-end focus, self-driven attitude

Exceptional analytical skills, ability to turn data into a story, plus familiarity with analysis tools (i.e. Excel, Access, Smartsheet) and HR systems

Fluent in written and spoken English
