This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how we reward our most senior leaders and sales teams. You’ll lead the design and modelling of executive and variable pay programmes, ensuring they’re analytically robust, commercially effective, and aligned with our strategic priorities. From equity plans to bonus structures, your work will influence how we attract, retain and motivate top talent globally.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the design and rollout of executive compensation and global bonus plansManage equity incentive plans and ensure compliance with reporting requirementsBuild and maintain financial models to simulate cost scenarios and assess plan effectivenessPartner with senior stakeholders across Reward, Finance, Sales and TaxDraft Remuneration Committee materials and support governance processesThe skills & experience needed as Executive Compensation Manager
Deep experience in executive and variable compensation, ideally in a global or PE-backed environmentStrong financial modelling and analytical skills (Excel expertise essential)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience advising on reward in the context of M&A, transformation or restructuringWhat’s in it for you
