Executive Compensation Lead

 

Governance & Committee SupportPrepare materials and recommendations for Compensation Committee meetings, including executive pay proposals, pay-for-performance analysis, peer group reviews, and regulatory updates.Ensure compliance with SEC disclosure requirements, including CD&A, proxy filings, and other executive pay-related disclosures.Monitor regulatory developments, emerging trends, and best practices in executive compensation and adjust strategy accordingly.Operational OversightManage annual executive compensation cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, bonus and equity planning, and total compensation statements.Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and Payroll to ensure accurate execution and reporting of compensation actions.Maintain documentation of executive comp programs, policies, and internal controls.Stakeholder CommunicationDevelop compelling and transparent communications for executives, board members, and employees to support understanding and engagement with compensation programs.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on executive compensation matters.
