**Job Description**
Bring your expertise in internal and brand-related communications to help C-suite executives deliver on the mission for one of the world’s most loved brands.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Develop innovative, effective and **engaging internal and external communication plans** for members of the LEGO Group Executive Leadership team, specifically Chief Product & Marketing Officer (CPMO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
+ Successfully deliver **internal communication** plans which include delivering a full annual calendar of activity e.g., market visits, annual leadership seminar, regular town halls, small group dialogue sessions and international visits for CPMO.
+ Support **delivering external communication** events which includes support in planning and delivering conference and speaking engagements, media/podcast interviews and other external events including brand guest speaker slots and business schools' engagement.
+ **Create content** for internal and external communication moments. This may include speech writing, key messaging, presentations, videos, events briefs and logistics planning.
+ Plan and drive content on **social platforms** – internally and externally (e.g., LinkedIn and Viva Engage).
+ Provide **support to Communication Partners** and collaborate closely with Executives’ teams, which include Executive Assistants, People Partners and Strategy Partners to seamlessly deliver a fully integrated programme of activity.
+ Establish **strong communication foundations** and ways of working e.g., proactively keep key materials (biographies, key messaging, etc.) up to date, support on a wide range of activities and events.
+ Provide ad hoc support to the Executive Communication community and wider Corporate Brand Communications team.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
The Corporate Brand Communications team provides a full range of communication services to the LEGO Group, from consumer PR to corporate comms, issues management, internal communications, partnering and sustainability engagement.
The role reports to the Head of Brand & Portfolio Communications and will be part of an outstanding, fast-paced communications team which focuses on doing great quality work, innovating, learning and caring for each other.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ A communications expert with several years’ experience working in a diverse, global company. Experience in both internal and external communication is preferred.
+ Stakeholder management - adept at navigating and supporting senior collaborators within a business - and capable of pivoting between long-term planning and short-term priorities.
+ Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the confidence to act as an effective counsel to senior management.
+ Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives with experience ensuring effective and engaging leader communications.
+ A standout colleague with proficient project management skills and experience delivering complex global activity.
+ Exceptional writer (English proficiency) and outstanding content creator across a range of mediums.
