THE JOB:
As the Executive Chef for Lago, you will oversee all kitchen operations, providing leadership to the culinary team, including Sous and Assistant Chefs. Also, you will be responsible for meeting operational and financial goals, managing inventory and cost controls, scheduling, and ensuring compliance. Overall, you'll collaborate with the property's F&B leadership and ensure smooth operations across the kitchen which will lead to high-quality guest experiences.
