The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + Oversee kitchen operations, leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring a collaborative, efficient, and high-performance work environment. + Build strong interdepartmental relationships through regular interaction and collaboration to support efficient and cohesive outlet operations. + Support menu planning and recipe standardization to deliver consistent food quality that meets guest expectations and aligns with market trends. + Supervise food quality across all outlets and banquets, recommending modern methods, improved equipment, and enhanced presentation to boost guest satisfaction. + Ensure enforcement of safety, hygiene, and fire prevention procedures while promoting a clean and secure kitchen environment. + Contribute creatively to initiatives that enhance the hotel's culinary image and fulfill additional duties as requested by management. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + 10 years of international five-star hotel and restaurant experience, including managing large multi-outlet venues and progressing through various culinary roles. + Diploma or equivalent in Catering/Hotel Management with strong IT proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Skilled in international and Asian cuisines. + High-level competencies in senior-level negotiation, standardized recipe/menu development, and planning food promotions. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
