The Role of Executive Chef:

We are currently seeking the creative talent a Full-time talented Executive Chef that are well-mannered, visionary, and passionate and having a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to join our team.

Reporting to our Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible To Provide leadership and management for the Kitchen Department by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the department, division and Hotel

Our Ideal Executive Chef:

A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of culinary standards through emphasizing creativity, and a commitment to maintaining quality and consistency while ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. 

Responsible for leading the Kitchen Department, including staff selection, training, performance management, budgeting, and strategic planning. Oversees menu development, food cost control, HACCP compliance, and quality assurance. Collaborates with various departments to ensure operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Manages administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, P&L reviews, and inventory control while upholding health, safety, and Four Seasons service standards.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinary professional with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on kitchen experience and at least 3 years in an executive chef role. They possess exceptional oral English proficiency and are natural leaders with strong communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding diverse teams. A passion for innovation and an uncompromising commitment to excellence in quality and presentation are essential, as is the creativity to craft unforgettable dining experiences that elevate the brand and delight guests.
