The Role: Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring ultra high level dining standards. Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs. Maintain top-tier food quality, safety, and hygiene (USPH/HACCP). Manage all food costs, stock control, and provisioning. Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef within the luxury Cruise sector.  Strong leadership and team-building skills. Expertise in fine dining and international cuisine. Benefits: Competitive salary of $9000 - $10000 per month, worked onboard.  4 months on and 2 months off rotation.
