The Role: Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring ultra high level dining standards. Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs. Maintain top-tier food quality, safety, and hygiene (USPH/HACCP). Manage food costs, stock control, and provisioning. Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef within the Cruise sector.  Strong leadership and team-building skills. Expertise in fine dining and international cuisine. Benefits: Competitive salary of £7,500 per month on board. Annual bonus of up to 5%. Equal rotation of 2 months on off.
