Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 3 for a high profile government facility located in McLean, VA.  

 

We are looking for a candidate who has fine dining experience to lead a team of dedicated and talented individuals.

This is a high profile area and an expertise in culinary arts and menu delvelopment are just some of the keys to success. The individual must be a trained Executive Chef.

 

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a security clearance from the U.S. government 

What You'll Do


- Implements & coordinates the culinary function. 
- Directs & trains cooks & utility workers.
- Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards.

- Manages catering & retail areas. 
- Customer & Client satisfaction.
- Financial management to include food cost & labor management.
-  Manages food & physical safety programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
