Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a creative and driven Executive Chef 3 to join our team at The College of New Jersey!
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead all culinary operations across retail and catering venues, bringing innovative, sustainable, and student-focused dining to life. You’ll engage directly with students, staff, and clients—ensuring exceptional food experiences every day.

What You Bringexecutive chef or senior culinary leadership experience, preferably in campus, corporate, or high-volume settings
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and menu development
Passion for engaging with the campus community and elevating student dining
Proven success managing food costs, labor, and kitchen operations
Ability to lead and motivate union and non-union team members
Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
