Job Purpose:
Maximizes casino guest gaming activity though incremental visits and play consolidation
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Retains casino client base by initiating and fostering positive client relationships, ensuring an excellent gaming experience for players while in the casino, seeking out frequent players and inviting them to upcoming concerts and events, determining player value based on analysis of player tracking data, issuing complimentaries based on player value, responding to player needs and requests, and resolving player issues and complaints following established procedures.- 60% Increases casino client base and activity by acquiring new and inactive players, analyzing player tracking data and identifying player development opportunities, creating and implementing player marketing campaigns to increase incremental visits through personal contact, e-mail and telemarketing, promoting Club Sycuan and player development programs to new and existing players, corresponding with select players to encourage return visits, developing strong, long-lasting relationships with key players to build player loyalty, and assisting in planning and executing special player parties, promotions, special events and tournaments. - 40%

Education and Experience:
Essential:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience 2 years experience providing guest service in a gaming or hospitality environmentDesirable:
