Job Title: **Executive Business Operations Consultant** Grade: **13** Location: **Belgrade** **Key Responsibilities:** + Support EVP of Customer Support and her leadership team + Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns. + Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. + Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs). + Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning along with day to day operations. + Assist in the development of business cases and project proposals based on data analysis. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in technical field or proven work experience in a related role. + Must have experience working with executive leadership and understand how to collect, characterize and present information to executive level leadership + Demonstrated self-starter possessing high self-motivation and autonomous work style + Understanding of NCR Atleos systems, processes and data inclusive of KPIs and operational delivery metrics + Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI). + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master’s degree in Advanced Analytics or similar field. + Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SAS). + Knowledge of Customer Support Management and associated processes/KPIs NCR Atleos is an equal opportunity employer.
