Executive - Broker Management - Dubai Holding Real Estate

 

Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible for providing complete support in the day-to-day operations within the Agent Relations team ensuring that broker registrations completed within SLA and commissions are paid out to registered brokers in a timely manner in line with policy.

 Key Accountabilities 

Process broker registrations and commissions within established SLAs and in accordance with company policies.

Assist agencies and brokerages in registering on the portal. Provide comprehensive support and assistance throughout the registration process and beyond.

Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate commission releases to registered brokers.

Provide effective solutions and guidance to agencies facing issues while using the portal.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team by implementing processenhancements.

•Collaborate with IT to enhance the Agents Portal and address emerging technical issues.

Coordinate with Security and Community Management to arrange photo shooting requests for agencies.

Liaise with the Marketing and Sales Teams to provide agencies with necessary support from a marketing orsales perspective.

Assist in organizing Agent Training Programs for newly registered agencies and refresher training for currentagents.

•Issue notices and termination letters for noncompliance as required.

Respond promptly and effectively to all incoming emails and phone calls, adhering to company guidelines andcompliance standards.

Address broker inquiries regarding registration and portal usage in a timely manner.

Attend to walk-in agents and brokers at the Sales Center on a daily basis.

•Provide support to the Sales team during sales launches and events as needed.

Prepare daily reports, analyzing and generating data related to broker management.

•Ensure strict adherence to company policies and directives 

 

 

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in a related field

Minimum Experience (number of years Min 2-4 years’ experience in Office Administration.

 

Job Specific Skills:

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to integrate well into teams & work towards achieving team results.

Ability to plan and prioritize work.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
