Essential Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Interface with high level customers, regulators, auditors, suppliers, and other internal and external parties. Appropriately handle inquiries and exercise appropriate judgment in escalating issues to team members or leaders as need.Organize work in preparation for operating mechanisms and meetings including document preparation, documenting meeting outcomes, and follow up actions and file management.Manage complex calendar and scheduling activities.Manage complex domestic and international travel, and expense report coordination and submission.Develop, organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meetings; all employee meetings; off-sites; and team events).Track and help drive completion of key deliverables. Lead special projects as requested.Draft correspondence for manager’s final approval; compose routine emails to send out under own signature.Develop and edit presentations for strategic, operating and financial reviews.Partner with other Administrative Assistants throughout the team and across the company.Act as a resource and mentor for our Advanced Nuclear business’ administrative assistant team. Facilitate the development of skills proficiency among team members. May handle sensitive issues within the GVH Nuclear administrative team.Performs other relevant duties as assigned.Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED.At least 7 years of full-time clerical/administrative experience.At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executive leaders and their teams.Eligibility Requirements
Ability to operate a computer proficiently.Ability to work in-person at the GE Vernova facilities in Wilmington, NC.Ability and willingness to occasionally work outside of regular business hours.Desired Characteristics

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Friday August 15th
