Executive Assistant to VP/General Manager, Digital Technologies

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our VP/General Manager of Digital Technologies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of managing complex schedules and international travel. You'll be the right-hand person to our VP, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Travel Coordination: Book international travel arrangements including flights, taxis/car services, rental cars, and hotels. Ensure all travel plans are seamless and submit expenses upon return. + Diary Management: Manage the VP's day-to-day schedule, coordinating with other Executive Assistants globally to align diaries with peers and the Surgical Leadership Team. + Customer Interaction: Assist in organizing meetings with potential and existing customers, including surgeons and hospital staff. + Team Support: Support the VP's leadership team within the Digital Technologies business, even though not all members report directly to the VP. + Hybrid Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home when there's no need to be in the office.
