PDS Tech Commercial is Hiring an Executive Assistant to HR Leadership – Drive Impact at the Heart of a Leading Distribution Organization
 
Location: Atlanta, GA | Pay Rate: $22.90 - $40/hour | Schedule: FT/Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
 
PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a recognized leader in the distribution industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders within the HR Leadership team. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and wants to contribute directly to strategic business success.
 
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to HR Leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR team. Your support will empower senior HR leaders to stay focused on driving strategic initiatives, while you take charge of managing communications, logistics, and day-to-day operations with precision and discretion.
 
Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage complex calendars for multiple HR leaders; schedule meetings and coordinate domestic and international travel. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and correspondence. Meeting & Event Coordination: Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items. Travel & Logistics: Coordinate efficient, cost-effective travel plans including flights, lodging, transportation, and visa arrangements. Administrative Support: Handle expense reports, document preparation, record-keeping, and general office support. Project Assistance: Support special projects through research, data analysis, and presentation development. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams, executive leaders, vendors, and external partners. Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.  
Qualifications
Required: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Teams, and other business applications. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Pay Details: $22.90 to $40.00 per hour
