Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary to permanent Executive Assistant to support the CEO located in Washington, DC starting ASAP!

About the Job:

Provide calendaring/scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics support.Ensure the CEO is well informed and prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities.Manage board meeting logistics, expense reports, and troubleshooting requests.Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and communications.Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.

About You:

5+ years of relevant C-suite executive support experience are required.A bachelor's degree is required for this role.Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite with a technological savviness is required.Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, and calendar management skills.Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.

About the Position:
