This isn’t your traditional EA role—while calendar management and day-to-day coordination are part of the job, we’re really looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is excited to dive into a wide range of projects. You’ll be the right hand to the Brand President—helping her stay organized, informed, and focused while jumping in to assist with everything from meeting prep and internal comms to cross-functional follow-ups and special projects. Key Responsibilities + Provide high-level administrative support to the Brand President, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling + Help prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from key meetings + Act as a liaison between the Brand President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through + Manage special projects that may touch marketing, ops, product, or team initiatives—no two days will be the same + Assist with internal communications and organizing team touchpoints (e.g., all-hands, offsites, leadership meetings) + Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead to keep the Brand President’s time focused on the highest prioritie + Jump in where needed to support our lean, fast-moving team Key Qualifications + Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented—you love making systems and keeping things on track + A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative without waiting to be asked + A strong communicator who can write clearly and confidently + Comfortable managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism + Tech-savvy—you learn tools quickly and may already be familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc. + Adaptable and excited to wear many hats + Hungry to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility over time + Experience supporting an executive or leadership team + Startup or fast-paced team experience + Passion for the beauty, wellness, or consumer space Perks & Benefits Prose fosters inclusivity, learning, and diversity within our teams and workplace. The intention is that this person will start in a temporary but full-time capacity and after 3 months, have the ability to be converted to a permanent full-time employee (performance dependent). In the New York Area, while this is a temporary position, the anticipated hourly compensation will be $43/hour and if converted to a permanent position, the anticipated base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000 annually (+10% discretionary bonus and equity). Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills. This role will be a hybrid position based out of our Williamsburg office and the expectation is that this person will be in the office 3 days per week.
