How you will create an impact + Managing and coordinating agendas and calendars for the senior executives + Organizing national and international travel arrangements + Preparing and submitting expense reports + Coordinating internal and external meetings and follow-ups + Gathering and organizing documents and information required for mandatory process reporting What you’ll need to succeed + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + High resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities + Fluency in both Spanish and English + A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or administrative capacity Ready to take your career to the next level?
