Job Description

Experian is looking for an Executive Assistant who can readily adapt, comfortable with ambiguity and can help shape culture. You'll be joining a team of enthusiastic professionals!

Use a high level of confidentiality as the communication gatekeeper to facilitate communication, and escalate issues to ensure team deliverables are met, including the tracking and scheduling of calendar and events.

Provide support by being able to develop and prepare Excel, and PowerPoint (must be advanced) documents and presentations.Interface with the team, clients, vendors and internal support groups in a professional and confident manner.Make arrangements and reservations for meetings, training, and conference calls.Assist with internal events onsite and executive briefingsPrepare/maintain calendars, coordinate travel planning, reservations and arrangements.Process expense reports.Liaison with facilities and technology departments for office supply and equipment requests.Take a lead role in onboarding new sales employees by arranging for equipment, credit card for expense, training, and email group setup, etc.Track multiple tasks and help set priorities, have a process for follow up communications to ensure deliverables are metSense of urgency and accountability; reactive to the changing business needsStrong time management, to be able to support the virtual team and occasional virtual hoursCoordinate internal team recognition programRequires independent, self-sufficiency and ability to maintain multiple tasksHelp support other Admins (backup while they are out of the office)You will report to Executive Vice President, Integrated MarketingMust be in Southern California, or close proximity to Experian's Costa Mesa, CA headquarters

Qualifications5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity required--preferably supporting multiple executivesDetail oriented and able to balance multiple responsibilities while prioritizing and organizing workflowAdvanced level user of PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce and Outlook softwareMust have self-confidence and comfort level with exercising professional assertiveness to ensure tasks get executed by team membersProven track record in roles requiring confidentiality and sound judgementMust be able to work independently and demonstrate solid problem-solving abilitiesA track record of strong organizational skills and ability to contribute to smooth administrative and support processesPrevious work with preparing and working with excel based financial schedules a strong plus
