A day in the life.

As our Executive Assistant for the Sales Operations team, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to an SVP Producer (salesperson) and our Executive Leadership team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities and tasks. Some include but are not limited to making travel and meeting arrangements, coordinating food and beverage orders for meetings, project management, event planning and other special projects – such as participating in the engagement committee. This position provided administrative support in the development of correspondence, presentations, CRM (Salesforce) updates and other various assignments. This position requires strong computer and internet research skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well internally as well as with outside clients and vendors. The Executive Assistant deals with highly confidential material. They are required to have the ability to exercise independent judgment, autonomy, and discretion in matters involving day-to-day responsibilities.

High School Diploma required.Three to Five years prior experience.Excellent computer skills — Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability at all times to keep sensitive information confidential.Flexibility to arrive early and stay late, as needed.Strong and pleasant telephone and in-person interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to proof one's own work as well as the work of others; ability to work in a proactive manner to consistently deliver high-quality work.Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and carry multiple projects through to completion.Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints, as well as the ability to deal with frequent interruptions, unresolved situations, frequent change, delays or unexpected events.Ability to maintain a mature, problem-solving approach; general knowledge of “how to get things done.”

The applicable base salary range for this role is $33,300 to $60,700.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
