Executive Assistant - Product & Engineering

We are looking for a seasoned, senior level Executive Assistant to support a Product & Engineering Senior Executive. You will handle daily executive organization as well as task and team management. You should be highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and have great communication/social skills. Familiarity and experience within SaaS/startup companies are a plus.

The Executive Assistant position is critical to the operations and culture of the organization, as you are often a liaison between the Executive Team, employees, and clients.


 Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for assigned SailPoint ExecutivesAbility to work independently and with a team (internal and external) on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple calendars at once; understanding of business context to juggle priorities, make decisions on behalf of executive and plan ahead  Ability to handle and protect confidential information with the highest level of discretionManage executive’s inbox to maintain communication, correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting preparationsPrepare presentation decks in partnership with the Operations Manager for sales meetings, Team All Hands, team meetings, etc.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects (personal and professional) simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely mannerAbility to operate within an environment of ambiguity; to problem solve “on your feet”; remain calm when chaos strikes  Ability to build rapport and work across functional teams   Ability to support multiple executives at one time; and provide backup as needed   Attend Investor Relations meetings, record minutes, make sure appropriate people get copies of minutes.

Required Skills/Experience:

Must have previous experience as an Executive Assistant for senior-level executiveMust be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint 6 -10 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor’s degree preferred

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):

$77,500 - $110,700 - $143,900

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
