We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager and member of the Executive Committee to take on project responsibility for the areas of quality and sustainability, among others.

Key Responsibilities\nEnsuring smooth operational processes and maximum guest satisfaction\nDevelopment and implementation of hotel concepts as well as budget responsibility\nClose cooperation with the General Manager for the strategic orientation of the hotel\nCompliance with and implementation of Kempinski quality standards and optimization of work processes in the operational area \nCoordination, initiation and control of all operational processes as well as the appropriate delegation and control of individual tasks\nControl of sales measures in the assigned departments, as well as optimization of sales\nManagement, Motivation and development of department heads and teams\nCost control, sales optimization through promotional activities\nDevelopment and constant monitoring of all safety-related measures and facilities, in particular fire protection and rules of conduct in emergency situations, taking into account current official and legal requirements\nForecast and yield management for the assigned departments in cooperation with the General Manager\nSustainability and quality officer of the hotel\nRepresentation of the General Manager during his absence\nTake over of Manager on Duty duties\n

Job Requirements\nDegree from a recognised college or university with a focus on tourism/hotel management and sound training in the international luxury hotel industry\nAt least 2 years' experience in a comparable position in the international luxury hotel industry, after relevant experience in operations\nFamiliarity with preparing cost analyses and budgets\nExperience in leading a large team of managers\nStrong communication skills, strong, organisational talent and hands-on mentality\nAnalytical thinking and experience in budget and cost management\nRelevant experience in operations in the international luxury hospitality industry\nProfessional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness\nGreat interest in team-oriented work\nVery good written and spoken German and English; Further language skills, such as Italian, are an advantage\n
