Job Description
This role involves performing a variety of administrative functions, scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, and taking dictation. The Executive Assistant is responsible for composing memos, transcribing notes, researching and creating presentations, generating reports, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports. The role may also assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative support tasks including calendar management and scheduling appointments.Provide information to callers and take dictation.Compose memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations.Generate reports and handle multiple projects.Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.Direct and lead the work of others when required.Report to a manager or head of a unit/department.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the field or related area.Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management.Experience in executive support with a minimum of 5 years.Ability to plan and accomplish goals with creativity and latitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in mentoring other Executive Assistants.MAC computer experience is preferred.Experience reporting to multiple Vice Presidents is preferred.Executive support experience.Work Environment
This position is fully onsite in Seattle. The team is growing, and there is potential for the role to become a full-time equivalent based on performance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
