Short Description Assures proper scheduling, correspondence (includes voice mail, phone calls, letters and memos) and follow up on assignments.Prepares documentation and material for meetings.Assures proper handling of letters, memos and mail.Complete all other duties as assigned by EVP/MA. Experience RequiredMinimum of 4 years experience in secretarial, office manager role or program coordinator
Excellent oral and written communications skills, computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 and 2007; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Publisher
Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Special RequirementsHealthcare experience preferred.
