As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Site Director and leadership team, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. What You'll Do + Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Site Director and leadership team. + Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and materials with professionalism and discretion. + Coordinate and support special projects—think presentations, reports, strategic plans, and data analysis. + Help maintain and update our SharePoint site and assist with reporting tasks. + Support multiple ongoing activities, working independently or as part of a team. + Keep things organized—maintain filing systems, track deadlines, and follow up on action items. + Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. + Provide guidance to junior administrative staff when needed. + Stay curious—pursue opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge. What You'll Bring + High school diploma or equivalent. + 3+ years of experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast-paced office environment. + A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + U.S. Person status per ITAR regulations.
