As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Site Director and leadership team, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

What You'll Do Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Site Director and leadership team. Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and materials with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate and support special projects—think presentations, reports, strategic plans, and data analysis. Help maintain and update our SharePoint site and assist with reporting tasks. Support multiple ongoing activities, working independently or as part of a team. Keep things organized—maintain filing systems, track deadlines, and follow up on action items. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Provide guidance to junior administrative staff when needed. Stay curious—pursue opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast-paced office environment. A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. U.S. Person status per ITAR regulations. What Helps You Stand Out Experience with SharePoint and/or MS Project. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
