Hourly base pay rate is $34.38 - $51.59/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description
Performs advanced, diversified, and highly confidential administrative assignments for a group of senior-level leaders (AVP). Provides calendar management, travel coordination, event planning and administrative project management. Projects and administrative tasks may include correspondence, presentation and report preparation, file maintenance, cross-functional collaboration, meeting room/conference set up, expense calculation and filing, and meeting and greeting visitors.
Responsibilities:
Provides support and assistance for AVP level leadersManages and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsOrganizes and manages meetings and events including securing, managing, and preparing meeting space, travel, catering, transportation and setupAttends scheduled meetings to welcome meeting participants, record minutes ensure logistics needs are metHandles incoming calls, emails and other communications on behalf of leader(s)Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentationsCreates and processes expense reports on behalf of leader(s)Ensures all documents, letters, briefings and other materials are in final format, including but not limited to grammar, content substance and accuracyPerforms administrative functions such as ordering supplies, coordinating equipment repairs and mailing information/material to homes to assist with remote workingOther responsibilities as assignedQualifications:
Minimum
High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience; or 7 years’ experience in a related fieldRequires strong knowledge of MS Office SuiteExcellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with teams throughout organizationPreferred
