**What You'll** **Do**
We are looking for a dynamic professional for the position of Executive Assistant, Office of the CRO.
In this role, you will provide dedicated administrative support to the Group Head & Chief Risk Officer and executives within the Office of the CRO. You will provide a broad range of administrative and general office support, assist and cover for the Executive Assistant to the CRO when needed. Your work will involve a range of complexity and include, but is not limited to the following accountabilities:
**Make an** **Impact:**
+ ProvideahighlevelofadministrativesupportwithintheOfficeoftheCROtoensuresmoothday-to-day operations (i.e. printing, filing, managing stationery, etc.)
+ Anticipate the needs of the office by proactively obtaining and, where required, following-up for materials and documents necessary to support the CRO in meetings and events.
+ Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities and follow through on action items in a timely manner.
+ Book and arrange all travel (i.e. air, ground, hotel, etc.)
+ Track, process and submit expenses in a timely manner
+ Manage meeting agenda's, pre-mail distribution and calendar co-ordination with presenters and participants.
+ Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and partners to coordinate and arrange meetings, including booking the logistical details (e.g. the facility, arranging required equipment, refreshments, etc.), as required
+ Maintain confidentiality: Possible access to leaders' emails to assist in prioritizing or performing important administrative tasks on their behalf
+ Apply appropriate due diligence ensuring accuracy in completing ad-hoc administrative tasks (e.g. reports, invoices, communications, tables, charts, files)
+ Provide vacation coverage for colleagues, supporting additional leaders
+ Complete a variety of ad hoc tasks, as required

**What You Need to** **Succeed**

+ Proficient in using Windows, internet applications and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
+ Excellent organizational skills, meticulous and detail-oriented
+ Demonstrate resourcefulness, proactivity, responsiveness and an ability to work through ambiguity
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility to coordinate processes and information across related teams
+ Ability to collaborate with other Executive Assistants/Administrative Assistants, in addition to internal and external partners
+ Ability to think strategically and multi-task while able to meet conflicting deadlines
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to listen actively, ask questions and communicate effectively
+ Can efficiently interpret TD policies and help executives apply these standards in a fast-changing environment
+ Strong judgment skills to support initiatives and apply discretion when working with confidential information
+ Be an effective team player
+ Flexible with occasional work outside of business hours
+ Prior experience providing executive support would be beneficial, but not necessary
+ Post-secondary education considered a benefit
