Hospitality Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents in a fast-growing Travel Technology organization. This person will serve as the point of contact for internal team members and external customers on all matters pertaining to the Business Unit’s organization and aid in the success of the leaders.

Minimum 8 years’ experience supporting executive leaders with C-Suite experience preferred.Must possess organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Collaborative interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, and the ability to build relationships with executives, stakeholders, team members and external partners.Expert level written and verbal communication skills.Can work independently and take a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.Proven success with achieving performance goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.Managerial courage/assertiveness to effectively manage and prioritize schedules.Proficient in MS Office suite of products with advanced PowerPoint expertise.Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
